Once covered in the compulsory SRA Management Skills Course Stage 1 (since removed), the essential components of good management thinking still have a place in people's development. This module will cover the 4 main areas of interest at this stage: A - Ethics, Professionalism and Judgement B - Technical Legal Practice C - Working with Other People D - Managing Yourself & Your Work
